Program description: CohnReznick’s “Understanding LIHTC” webinar series is focused on giving a foundation to those new to or interested in understanding the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This developer-focused series will cover four main areas – the business case for LIHTC, the gatekeepers and players involved, and securing and delivering a deal – while adding insights and best practices along the way.
