Program description: To help not-for-profit organizations succeed, CohnReznick continues its Not-for-Profit Governance and Financial Management Webinar Series with the 2020 FASB Update for Not-for-Profits. It will be taught by Jeffrey Mechanick, Assistant Director, Nonprofit Entities, for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). The presentation will end with a Q&A session.

- Accounting considerations for the Paycheck Protection Program and other CARES Act programs, under ASU 2018-08 and Topic 606
- Implementation guidance and tips regarding the Leases standard (Topic 842)
- Recent standards and projects on Reference Rate Reform (the phaseout of LIBOR), Goodwill, and Gifts-in-kind.
